Resurrecting the Old

Never give up on a piece. We've all had projects that just didn't come out as we planned or we had a mishap, that we felt wasn't salvageable.  Don't get me wrong, there are times when there is no hope, but generally, there are ways to save those lost pieces. Redesign it, add elements, frit, powders, more glass. Do an organic slump or add more textures.  Many times my resurrections have turned out better than what I originally planned.
